===== POLICIES

Q: How long do I have to pay?
A: Payment must be received within 10 days of the listing's end.

Q: When will you ship my items?
A: We go to the post office at least once a week, usually on Saturday. Please send payment one day in advance to allow time for packing and ensure that your goods are sent right away.

Q: Do you combine items/shipping?
A: YES, we allow combined shipping for up to seven days from the first win. Shipping costs will be greatly reduced when purchasing multiple items, so please wait for me to send an invoice with a reduced shipping cost so you can take advantage of this. ^_^ Please note that we CANNOT combine items from two PayPal payments into one package. Once a payment is received, the order is closed and we pack it up!

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: YES! Our newest listings include domestic and international shipping costs, but many of our older listings do not. If you do not see international shipping listed on an item, feel free to ask us for a quote! All items are shipped by International First Class unless you request another (more expensive!) shipping method. Please note that insurance is NOT available on international packages except when using EMS Express.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are not accepted unless we made an error, such as sending you the wrong item. If something like this happens, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a speedy exchange.

===== ITEM FAQ

Q: Is (X item) authentic?
A: Rare Romance does NOT sell "unofficial" bootleg items. EVER. We are collectors as well, and we understand the importance and value of authentic products. All of our items are purchased directly from Japan. (This includes doujinshi stationery!)

Q: What is doujinshi stationery?
A: Doujinshi stationery is created by amateur artists in Japan. They send completed artwork to a print-on-demand company, then sell the finished product. Thus, each stationery item offered in my store is a limited edition official print of a Japanese artist's original work or fanart.

Q: What are shitajiki/pencil boards?
A: Pencil boards are (usually) thin plastic sheets intended to be slipped between pages in a notebook to prevent pencil indentations from ruining the pages beneath. However, they are more popular as collectibles, since they are like jumbo trading cards.
